BIO

A helicopter pilot and Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Canadian Air Force, Stephen Brosha is excited to join the Acadia Department of Politics in 2025 as a Per-Course Instructor.  After completing his undergraduate degree, Stephen studied intellectual history at the University of Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar and then continued with his military training.  Over the years, Stephen has served on five international deployments, including a recent NATO deployment as the Helicopter Air Detachment Commander on board His Majesty's Canadian Ship Fredericton in 2023.  Stephen is a graduate of the Canadian Armed Forces Joint Command and Staff Programme and a long-time volunteer/board member for a number of local, provincial and national charitable organizations.
