Bio
Michael J. Wigginton is a per-course faculty member in the Department of Politics and a scholar of elections and representation. Prior to his time at Acadia, he was a SSHRC Postdoctoral Fellow in Carleton University’s Department of Political Science and eared a PhD from the University of Ottawa’s School of Political Studies. His research is focused on electoral turnout and diversity in representation in the Canadian context. More information on his work is available on his website.
